6.       Will I receive any invoice in case I return the product for service?

Ø  Yes, customer will receive a receipt for submitting the product for warranty.

7.       What is your replacement policy?

Ø  According to Techsoi Replacement Policy, if the product is unrepairable within warranty period then Techsoi Technologies will replace the product for free.

8.       Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Ø  Yes, customer will receive invoice for his order on our website.

9.       How can I track my order?

Ø  From the beginning of order till completing the delivery process customer will get email with product’s current status on going to customer account on our website from [Order History].

10.   If the product is lost while shipping who will be responsible?

Ø  In this situation, the delivery service company will be responsible If the product is lost while shipping, customer will receive his ordered product without any extra payment.

11.   In case of wrong or damaged product received, how can I claim?

Ø  Customer must unpack his product in front of deliveryman or currier service office. Then in case of receiving wrong or damaged product, customer can return it to the deliveryman or currier service office and also inform us by call or email.

12.   Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable'?

Ø  No, but in case of bulk amount of product order, customer can contact us at info@techsoi.com

13.   How are products packaged?

Ø  Inside Dhaka: A product is wrapped with bubble warp fully covering over its own packet to avoid physical damage then it’s put on a Techsoi bag (if product is small enough to carry on bag) and after that its ready to deliver.

Ø  Outside Dhaka: After covering product’s own packet with bubble wrap for avoiding any physical damage, the product is put on a cartoon and sealed properly with scotch tape and then its ready to deliver to the currier service.

Ø  Online Platforms: A product is wrapped with bubble warp fully covering over its own packet to avoid physical damage then it’s put on the particular cartoon of online portal and then its ready to deliver.

14.   Do you provide urgent delivery inside/outside Dhaka?

15.   Do you inform me at product departure or delay?

Ø  In case of product departure and delay customers will be informed.

16.   Can I return the product to deliveryman inside Dhaka?

Ø  It depends. Customer must unpack his product in front of deliveryman. Then in case of receiving wrong or damaged product, customer can return it to the deliveryman.

1.       How can I pay for my order?

Ø  If purchased from website, inside Dhaka customer can have cash on delivery option. Customer can also pay by using bkash and Nogod Payment method.

2.       Is there any advance payment requirement?

Ø  No, customer need not to pay anything in advance.

3.       Is EMI facilities available for all items?

Ø  Yes, On the purchase of BDT 5000 or more customer can enjoy EMI facilities on the credit card payment of our authorized banks and EMI will be applicable for 6 months’ time duration.

4.       Do you accept all cards for EMI/payment?

6.       Are there any hidden charges when I shop on Techsoi?

Ø  No, Techsoi Technologies never require any hidden charges on purchase.

7.       Do you accept bKash, Nogod, Rocket, Dmoney payment?

Ø  We accept bKash and Nogod payment. But Rocket & Dmoney is not acceptable.

8.       Do I need to pay the delivery cost in advance outside Dhaka?

Ø  On condition. If such necessity arises Techsoi Technologies will contact customer.
