Conditions for
Returns
Ø If your product is damaged, defective,
incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please return the product to
the delivery man. Therefore, checking and understanding the product at the time
of receiving is recommended. In such case, we will later resend or reissue the
product.
Ø The product must be unused, unwashed &
unscratched without any flaws.
Ø The product must include the original tags,
user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
Ø The product must be returned in the original
and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a
second layer of delivery system, it must be returned in the same condition with
return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the
manufacturer’s box.
Ø For device related issues after usage, brand
warranty could be given by the individual brands and according to their warranty
policy.
